Nancy assists with client scheduling, customer service, ordering closing documents, client follow-up, pre-signs, short sales, financing, ITP and closing date extensions, title curative, and also performs closings.  She has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate field as a legal assistant and as a real estate closer handling sales and refinances.  She has been with Piercey & Associates, Ltd. since 2016.

Hee assists with sale and purchasing files, including ordering and reviewing title searches and title clearance, document preparation for closing, closing scheduling, short sales, and pre-signs as a real estate closer handling sales. She also assists with estate planning with life insurance and annuities. She’s been with Piercey and Associates since 2017. Hee is fluent in Korean and has had over 24 years’ experience in the real estate field.
