Please do not send us payment via Zelle, cryptocurrency, or any other asset that can fluctuate in value if you are paying us for fees that we have not yet earned. If we receive payment for fees that have not yet been earned, we will attempt to promptly deposit your funds into our IOLTA account based on the current value at transfer into our IOLTA account, at objective market rates, and in U.S. dollars. For all other payments made with assets that can fluctuate in value, such as cryptocurrency, we will attempt to convert the asset into U.S. dollars at objective market rates promptly after receipt, and credit your account accordingly. Please promptly notify us of your payment so we can take protective action. Any decrease in value after payment and before credit shall be at the payor’s own risk.
