  • Successfully disinherited a beneficiary of a trust who was convicted of murdering the grantor of the trust

  • Has applied for and obtained Veteran’s Affairs benefits for elderly and disabled clients
  • Successfully drafted and implemented supplemental needs trusts compliant with the Medicaid rules
